Raspberry Sauce
This sauce is ideal drizzled over ice cream, fresh fruit or yoghurt. I use the word 'drizzled' rather than 'poured' because by the time I've finished sampling its delights there is not enough to pour.

Ideal if you have a glut of raspberries, a bit expensive if you have to buy them. Worth a go though, regardless.

You will need;

12oz of raspberries
2 tablespoons of clear honey
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Sieve the raspberries and stir in the lemon juice and honey. Stick your finger in the mix to taste. Save some for the others...
