Honey & Orange Fruit Dip
Very, very more-ish and, arguably, healthy too. This recipe makes sixteen 1-tablespoon servings, enough for a dinner party course or for 1 person to feel slightly guilty.

You will need;

8oz low-fat cottage cheese
2 oz honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Assorted fresh fruit slices to dip

Whip the cottage cheese until it is fluffy. Gradually add the honey, orange juice and orange peel, whisking it in.

Serve with sliced fruit.
